How To

  1. Stand upright on the stepmill with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Select the appropriate settings on the machine for your planned cardio.
  3. Holding onto the handles to brace yourself, press start.
  4. Walk up the steps like a normal set of stairs at the selected speed.
  5. Continue this rhythmically for the desired duration of your cardio.

Calves

A group of muscles on the back of your lower leg that spans from your heel to your knee.

Glutes

Muscles of your butt.

Quads

Muscles spanning the front of your thigh.

Hamstrings
