How To

  1. Place your knees on the seat of a lat pulldown machine while securing your feet underneath the footrest and grabbing the lat pulldown bar with a wider than shoulder-width overhand grip.
  2. Inhale and allow your knees to extend, lowering your body while keeping your torso straight.
  3. Continue lowering yourself until your torso is almost parallel to the floor.
  4. Exhale and drive your heels back into the pad while leaning back, returning to the starting position while maintaining a straight torso.
