Pro Tip

On most versions of this machine, you can adjust the seat so that you can comfortably rest your arms on the pad if needed.


How To

  1. Sit on the machine with your upper arms resting on the pad and hands gripping the handles with an underhand grip.
  2. Exhale and curl the handles toward your shoulder while keeping your elbows firmly pressed into the pad.
  3. Continue to curl until you reach about shoulder level.
  4. Inhale and lower the handles, returning to the starting position.
