Pro Tip

If you lean further forward so that your arms start out more bent, your triceps will be better trained, but the involvement of the long rear head of the triceps will increase proportionally.


How To

  1. Sit on the machine with your butt and feet firmly planted while resting your elbows on the pad and firmly gripping the handles.
  2. Exhale and extend your arms forward, straightening them while keeping your elbows firmly pressed into the pad.
  3. Continue until your arms are straight.
  4. Inhale and allow your arms to return to the starting position.
