In addition to your weightlifting workout, add in a core workout if you are feeling up to it. The core workouts available on FitnessAI allows you to choose between “lean” and “mass.” Choose lean if you’re looking for a flat stomach, like runners abs, and choose mass if you’re looking for more curves and crevices in your abs. 

In addition to a core workout, add some cardio in! If you’re going on a run, try some interval training. If you’re doing a cardio workout that’s not listed, log it by choosing the “freestyle” option. 

If you work out infrequently, you may feel like you could go days or even weeks without working out a certain muscle group. To solve this problem, complete a “short” workout for each muscle group to get you a full body workout. 

If you notice a weight that you know will be too light or too heavy for you, change it! Edit the weight so that you can complete all of the sets at that same weight, while still challenging yourself.
